Kiev: NATO will help Ukraine to create a concept for the development of the APU by 2020
Experts of communications office of the North Atlantic Commonwealth will contribute to Kiev in the creation of the concept of development of military power of Ukraine till 2020, said the chief of the General staff of Ukraine Viktor Muzhenko.
