Media: Ukraine and the EC had postponed the meeting on visa-free regime
The European Commission and Ukraine agreed that was planned for November 10 meeting of senior officials on a visa-free regime will not happen and will be delayed, informs the Ukrainian magazine "" citing sources in the diplomatic corps.

"One of the interlocutors said that the postponement was initiated by the EU. At the same time, it is advantageous for Ukraine the most important thing, as it gives Kiev some more time for the execution of VLAP (the action plan of visa liberalization - ed.). For example, this means that the laws adopted by the Verkhovna Rada for this plenary week will also be considered as a successful implementation by Ukraine of its obligations. The date of the meeting of senior officials of Ukraine and the EU in the visa dialogue until not revealed ", - is informed in the report.

Ukraine's Parliament because of disagreements within the coalition failed Thursday to adopt the entire package of draft laws, necessary for the entry into force of visa-free regime between Ukraine and the European Union. Deputies could accept only four bills in the first reading and One - on external labor migration - to endorse in General. First Ukrainian head Petro Poroshenko tried to convince MPs to adopt a package of 13 draft laws on visa waiver to 9 November. Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman tried to persuade the factions to hold meetings, in order to adopt the necessary package on the meeting of Parliament on 10 November.

Kiev and the EU are implementing a program of liberalization of the visa regime. The Ukrainian authorities hope to receive a visa-free regime with the European Union in early 2016, for the Europeans require from Kiev to intensify the battle against illegal activity of officials, to reform at the border and bring the identity documents to the European model in the form of a biometric ID card. Before the Verkhovna Rada adopted in first reading a number of draft laws, necessary for visa-free regime with the EU. In the future, the Parliament is obliged to accept them in General.
