Gas consumption in Ukraine for the first nine months of the current year decreased by 19% due to energy efficiency measures introduced by the Ukrainian government, said Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk.

"we are the first indicators of energy efficiency in Ukraine, in the first nine months the volume of natural gas consumption in Ukraine decreased by 19%, compared with last year," - said Yatsenyuk at the government meeting on Wednesday.
