The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine blessed the bill, which abolishes the need for design and management of employment records as evidence of work experience, said the head of Ministry of economic development and trade of Ukraine aivaras Abromavicius.
"More decided in their service book. Abolish them. Pass to the Verkhovna Rada a draft law. For HR managers this will greatly simplify the work. All countries have gone through it, " - said the head of the Ministry, UNIAN reports. In early November, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in first reading adopted a new Labour rule that would incorporate included to the current rule changes and adapting the labour law of the country to international acts. The members of the Department of the Verkhovna Rada on social policy, employment and pension provision made a proposal to leave the rule on employment records in the draft Labour code to the second reading.
