The Ministry of construction and housing has embarked on a strict suppression of the practice, when residents or other reasons delay the payments for utilities.

Civil servants offer already from 1 January 2016 to increase twice penalties for late payments, and to prohibit the natives of various real estate transactions until such time as all payments for housing and utility services is not paid in full.

Federal authorities continue to toughen the fight against those citizens who do not pay in time housing and communal services. Another measure to increase the collection of payments is the increase of penalties for late payment for housing and communal services. Proper proposal came from civil servants of the relevant Ministry (Ministry of construction).

It is assumed that the size of penalties for debtors will increase at least twice, to inform the domestic media citing Deputy Minister Andrei Chibis. It is told that the penalties will increase in relation to both individuals and to trust companies and city organizations.

According to the Deputy Minister, measures need to be tightened continuously, so that at least partially solve the problem of global debt on housing and communal services. In consequence of this it was decided to impose increased penalties by half from January 1, 2016.

However, the range of means of influence of civil servants on the public is not limited. According to the Lapwing, is the option of imposing restrictions on transactions with real estate. Simply speaking, it is proposed to prohibit the citizens to implement their own housing before they will pay for all utilities, together with all accrued penalties and fines.
