Gas supplies from Russia to the Donbass now are in dispute between "Gazprom" and " Naftogaz ". Russian side informs that its Delivery of gas to the South-East of Ukraine is obliged to pay " Naftogaz of Ukraine ", otherwise this issue will be resolved in court. Kiev believes that Gazprom illegally supplying gas to the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk people's Republic, the issue must become a study of international courts.
