Parliament can impose a moratorium on the extradition of foreigners fighting in the Donbass
The MPs propose to the Parliament of Ukraine to establish a Moratorium on forced expulsion and extradition of foreigners who took part in the fighting in the Donbass or was provided for its conduct, the relevant bill is registered to.

in the explanatory paper to the law it is noted that by results of examination specialists, the number of foreign Residents and stateless persons who specifically "has supported Ukraine in the form of volunteers or volunteers" during the surgery is up to a thousand people.

"A considerable part of them are now threatened with expulsion from the country in connection with the failures of migration law of Ukraine, despite the risk of criminal prosecution in the country of origin (nationality)," - said in the document.

people's deputies propose to extend the validity of the legislation on foreigners and stateless persons who take a direct part in hostilities or ensuring its implementation in the form of volunteers provided logistical and technical support of the military power of Ukraine and other military units involved in search and rescue operations in the area of operations, provided medical assistance to the affected citizens of Ukraine, and provided humanitarian aid to the civilians of the frontline territories.

"The moratorium does not apply to persons who committed grave and especially grave crime, a crime against life and health of a person within a foreign country, except cases when a person is suspected, accused or sentenced for an act of lawlessness associated with its participation in the antiterrorist operation in the East of Ukraine ", - said in the draft legislation.
