The leaders of the EU and Australia: the fate of sanctions against Russia is connected with " Minsk "
The European Union and Australia have confirmed that the fate of sanctions against Russia is closely linked to full implementation of the Minsk agreements, reported in the General statement of the heads of the European Council and the European Commission Donald Tusk and Jean-Claude Juncker and Prime Minister of Australia, Malcolm Turnbull on the results of their meeting on the sidelines of G20 summit in Turkey.

"We reaffirmed our support for the resolution of the conflict in Eastern Ukraine and agreed that the punishment against Russia, adopted in response to this conflict, clearly related to the full implementation of the Minsk agreements ", - told the leaders of the EU and Australia.

Russia many times stated that is not a party to domestic conflict, uninvolved in the events in southeastern Ukraine and is interested in Ukraine overcame political and economic crisis peacefully.

Cromato that policy stressed that " does not recognize and will continue to condemn the illegal annexation of Crimea and Sevastopol to the Russian Federation ", and also " will continue the policy of non-recognition of illegal annexation ".

Crimea and Sevastopol became part of Russia according to the results of the March referendum in 2014. Reunification with Russia was supported by 96, 77% of Crimean inhabitants and 95, 6% of Sevastopol.
