Growth of tariffs for heat and light reduced to a minimum. The minimum cost for electricity will remain unchanged, and the maximum growth will reach 3.4%. The rise in the price of heat will not exceed 7.5%.

The government has decided to cut growth rates for light and electricity for the population in 2016. The consideration of this issue happened on Thursday, November 12, at a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak.

The result of the minimum cost for heat will remain unchanged, the maximum growth will reach 3.4%. Electricity will be indexed in the range 1-7,5%, however for 14 regions with the critical condition of networks exceptions can be made. Growth of tariffs for energy will be from 4.5 to 7.5%, according to "Kommersant".

Information on the tariff increase approved adept Dmitry Kozak, the Deputy heads of the Ministry Andrey Chibis. The order on the cost of tariffs can be published by the Federal Antimonopoly service on November 16.

At the end of October this year, the government confirmed that the limit value of growth of prices for housing and communal services in 2016. To a greater extent services housing and communal services will rise in price in Moscow (7.5%) and in St. Petersburg, Kamchatka and Yakutia (6.5%). 3rd place - Penza and Tyumen regions, where the rate increase will be 5.9%.

In the remaining regions of the Empire, the indexing will be less than significant. The small increase - 3% - will demonstrate the tariffs for housing and communal services in North Ossetia. Then comes the Novosibirsk region (3.5 per cent). 3.7% rise in price of service in the Altai territory, in Kabardino-Balkaria, Dagestan and Kemerovo region (3.8 per cent).
