The Prosecutor General's office of Ukraine sent to the district court case under the criminal code against a citizen of Russia and three Ukrainians who are suspected of belonging to an explosion of an explosive device in the Kiev point of reception of humanitarian aid for the security forces involved in fighting in the East of the country.

3 September the security Service of Ukraine announced the arrest on suspicion of belonging to an explosion of 4 people, one of whom was a native of the Russian Federation.

"The Prosecutor General's office of Ukraine by results of a pretrial investigation was approved and sent to the Obolon district court of Kyiv indictment in criminal proceedings regarding the citizen of the Russian Federation and three citizens of Ukraine
