Russia agrees to guarantee from North America, the EU or a major Bank during the proposed debt restructuring of Ukraine for 3 billion dollars, told reporters the head of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation Anton Siluanov.

"in our view, the proposals on restructuring of debt in 3 billion dollars must be accompanied by safeguards for the implementation by the Ukrainian side this proposal from either the U.S. or the EU, or a major Bank in consultation with the Russian Federation," he said.

on the first day of the week the head of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin said that Russia is ready to restructure the debt of Ukraine at $ 3 billion, allowing it to repay 1 billion in 2016-2018.
