The Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation agitating the Ukrainian authorities to remedy the shortcomings in the investigation into the tragedy in Odessa, said on the last working day of the week authorized the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation for human rights Konstantin Dolgov.
