German politicians have advocated a change in relations with Moscow
Due to the threat of Islamic terrorism Authorized the Christian democratic Union (CDU) and the Left party at the autumn session of Political club in Tutzing German called for a revision of the relations with Russia.
Speaking on Sunday at the autumn session of the Political club at the Protestant Academy Tutzing in Bavaria, head of the CDU fraction in the Landtag of North Rhine-Westphalia Armin Lachet and co-Chairman of the faction "left" in the Bundestag Sarah Wagenknecht was told that to resolve the Syrian crisis can be only in cooperation with Moscow.
for example, Lachat said that the West must abandon military methods of changing political regimes in non-democratic countries. According to his vision, different forms of government are acceptable if they " make the world a better place ", reports Deutsche Welle. For its part Wagenknecht stressed that the policy of punishment and refusal of dialogue with Russia is unproductive. She advocated the strengthening of cooperation with Moscow to resolve the conflict in the Syrian Arab Republic through diplomacy and the inclusion of Russia in the development of security systems in the European Union. On November 16 the leaders of the US, the UK, Germany, France and Italy came to a common vision that the punishment against Russia will remain until the full implementation of the Minsk agreements. The head of the European Council Donald Tusk and European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker on the sidelines of the summit of "big twenty" told that the abolition of the punishment against the Russian capital will take place only after Minsk will be made by consensus. The American Ambassador in Moscow John Tefft said that North America will agree to remove a number of sanctions against Russia in case of implementation of the Minsk agreements, but the restrictions will be valid, as long as the Crimea remains out of the country. Relations between Russia and the West deteriorated in connection with the situation in Ukraine. At the end of July 2014, the EU and the US from point penalties against certain individuals and organizations have moved to the measures against entire sectors of the Russian economy, such as military industry and high technology.
