The military Collegium of the Russian Supreme court recognized as legitimate the verdict of the Ukrainian Director Oleg Sentsova and his accomplice, Alexander Kolchenko, sentenced to 20 and 10 years imprisonment for terrorist acts in the Crimea.

Remember, regarding Sentsov and Kolchenko have been prosecuted under the criminal code under part 2 of article 205 (terrorist act), part 2 of article 205. 4 (Organization of the terrorist brotherhood and participation), part 3 of article 222 (illegal arms trafficking) of the criminal code. On August 25 the North-Caucasian district military court sentenced the Ukrainian Director Oleg Sentsov to 20 years in prison for organizing terrorist acts in the Crimea, Oleksandr Kolchenko sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment. The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko promised to seek the release of Sentsov during the Minsk agreements. The Ukrainian leader also tried to convince Sentsov not to lose heart. Relative arrested Oleg Sentsov, Gennady Afanasyeva, Alexei Cirne, Alexander Kolchenko was prosecuted under the criminal code under part 2 of article 205 (terrorist act), part 2 of article 205. 4 (Organization of the terrorist brotherhood and participation), part 3 of article 222 (illegal arms trafficking) of the criminal code.
