The spiritual leaders of Crimea urged residents to show restraint and tolerance
The spiritual leaders of Crimea urged people of the Peninsula to self-control and patience in the position associated with de-energizing of the Peninsula.

The appeal was supported by the leaders of the great faiths of the Peninsula, among them the Metropolitan of Simferopol and Crimea Lazar and mufti of Crimean Muslims Emirali Ablayev. The Council was also attended by the Spiritual leaders of Crimean Catholics, the Armenian Apostolic Church, the Karaites, communities of progressive Judaism, the Evangelical Lutheran community and others.
