The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko submitted to the Parliament the Project of changes in Constitution on judicial reform, the President hopes that Parliament will see the document in the maximum short terms, informs on Wednesday the presidential press service.

The Ukrainian authorities are conducting judicial reform and the reform of the Prosecutor's office. For the reform of the judicial system is expected to correct in the Basic law. The constitutional amendments received a positive assessment of the Venice Commission. Besides, the international experts made a number of comments to the document. First it was claimed that in the final version of the document clarifies the question of the creation and destruction of vessels, jurisdiction of the courts of the immunity of judges, judicial principles and requirements for the judge of the constitutional court of Ukraine, powers of the President of Ukraine in the transition period and the like. The project also considered the proposal of the Venice Commission regarding the authority of the High Council of justice to approve regulations on the transfer of judges from one court to another Field in the transitional period.
