The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine introduced to the Parliament the draft budget for coming year and attendant tax reform on 2 December, said Wednesday at a press conference the speaker of the Parliament Volodymyr Groysman.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine plans to adopt the state budget for next year based on the new tax system. According to the agreements with the IMF during the extended payment program, Kiev is obliged to prepare a budget for the subsequent year with a deficit not greater than 3, 7% of GDP. First it was claimed that the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine plans to submit the draft state budget in 2016 for consideration in the Parliament in the coming weeks.

According to the Groisman, " the government plans to introduce to Parliament on December 2 the draft legislation of the tax reform and budget ".
