"I think somehow we need to, as a Committee, to respond to the letter from Daria Vasilievna (Morozova - ed.) due to the fact that will stop the exchange of prisoners, which, in Accordance with the Minsk agreements, was obliged to conclude a legislative act of Amnesty," - said Vorobyov.

The Commissioner of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation on problems of human rights, democracy and rule of law Konstantin Dolgov made the initiative " to communicate these data through the Department to the commissioners of the OSCE." Vorobyov has ordered to prepare the texts and apply to them the performance of Morozova.
