"RAO ES of the East" will send to the Crimea two mobile stations
Two Mobile gas turbine power plants (mgtes) Mobile Pac with a total capacity of 45 MW owned by JSC "RAO ES of the East" and located within the Vladivostok HES-1, will be relocated to the Crimea to help in the destruction of prevailing in the shortage of supply, the Company informs.

"Energy is already disassemble equipment and prepare it for further transportation. It is expected that mgtes will be delivered to the Crimea and included in the operation of the power system before the new year. Operation and transportation of equipment will provide to the JSC "Mobile GTES" (part of the group of companies of JSC " Russian grids) ", - is informed in the report.

it is expected that the move 2 mgtes will give the opportunity to reduce the existing shortage in the power system of the Crimea and Sevastopol. Currently on the Peninsula are already working on 13 similar plants with a total capacity of 292, 5 MW.

Mgtes Mobile Pac were established in Vladivostok in early winter 2008 to balance the city's power system and applied in the framework of preparation for APEC summit 2012. Currently mgtes are activated only if needed during periods of peak loads.
