Punishment Russia will cost Turkey $9 billion The Turkish government has estimated that material damage from the Russian sanctions will be around 9 billion $. Deputy Prime Minister Mehmet å?imå?ek expressed his hope that the dialogue between Ankara and Moscow all the same will get better.
