Samsung has released a warning for customers, the company asks users to immediately disable the smartphone Galaxy Note 7, which spontaneously ignite. The warning came after Samsung stopped the production of hazardous devices.

In a corporate statement, Samsung said it "requests all media and retail partners around the world to stop the sale and exchange Galaxy Note 7" while they investigate the cause of fires. The company also said: "Consumers with any original Galaxy Note 7 or Galaxy Note replacement 7 needs to turn off the power and stop using the device."

This is a serious blow to the electronics manufacturer of South Korea. The company's shares fell more than 5% Tuesday morning in Seoul. Samsung (SSNLF) released 5.7-inch Galaxy Note 7 in August in anticipation of the new iPhone 7. But customers of Apple immediately began to complain that their phones ignite.

The company explained that the faulty lithium-ion batteries overheated and ignited. In early September, Samsung has recalled 2.5 million units worldwide.

Earlier, Samsung offered a replacement phone - but those are too light. Last week the U.S. reported that his phone, which he replaced on fire, even when not connected.

Samsung says that customers who have turned off their phones can "take advantage of legal remedies." In accordance with the law, consumers are entitled to "full refund."
