Vogue published on the pages of "real" women In an attempt to make a variety of British Vogue magazine decided to publish in November, "model-free" girls. The filming will involve "real" women.

Instead of fashion models edition which will be released on 6 October - will show academics, managers and entrepreneurs, dressed in the latest designer clothes. Editor Alexandra Shulman said she came up with the idea for "real" at the beginning of this year, but then the problem arose to find a designer sample that will fit not models.

"It would be interesting for us to gather journal issue ... where would we looked at that we carry through more" real "filter," she said. Shulman, who is the editor of Vogue magazine since 1991, said that women, regardless of their age, size or profession "must see and enjoy the vagaries of fashion."

Many commentators welcomed the move and praised Shulman for her efforts to be a positive example. However, others have questioned the distinction between "real" women and models and wondered how effective such a publication can be.

The magazine, which goes on sale from October 6, will include a number of features relating to "real" and the closet professional women.
