In California, protests over the murder of a black In California in El Cajon protesters gathered for a second night, demanding to punish the police officer who killed an unarmed black man.

38-year-old Alfred Okwera Olando pulled an electronic cigarette from his pocket and pointed it at the police, then the officer shot him. His death triggered demonstrations in the suburbs of San Diego, the activists demanded that authorities released video. They also called for a Federal investigation into the death of Olando.

Some protesters threw water bottles at police while others gathered on the street at the Parking lot where the shooting occurred. Police released little information, except for the photos showing how Olando encountered two officers in the Parking lot. The identity of one of the officers was disclosed as Richard Gonsalves. At a press conference, mayor bill wells did not name the second officer. Wells said he understands the frustration of protesters who blocked the highway. "I understand that they don't feel heard. I understand that they want more information." Wells said he saw the video and he says it hurts. But he called for patience while the investigation is going.

We will remind, on Tuesday afternoon, the police of El Cajon took the 911 call. The report said that a black man behaves inappropriately in the shopping center Broadway Village, said Lieutenant Rob Rassweiler.

According to the report, the man was walking on the highway, endangering themselves and drivers of vehicles, Davis said. The woman who took the call claimed that my sister called and said the dispatcher that he was mentally ill and unarmed, Davis said.
