The press service of the Cabinet of Ministers issued a letter on a telephone conversation with Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groisman and Biden, in which the latter would be as if assured that he plans to visit Ukraine in the near future, reports RIA " Novosti ". Later on the Internet representation appeared edited the letter about the conversation in which the data about the visit is absent. Official comment from the press service on the matter until was not followed.
