The Supreme administrative Court of Ukraine recognize the legitimacy of renaming the town of Ordzhonikidze, in the Dnipropetrovsk region in the Cover, said the press service of the court.




"The Supreme administrative Court of Ukraine denied the claim and left the said decision of the Verkhovna Rada of the renaming of the city of Ordzhonikidze without changes", - the letter quoted by the news Agency. He claims that the city did not carry out any civil hearings concerning renaming. The court granted the claim message regarding the illegality of the preparation of documents for the renaming. The case was referred for review to a higher Court.
