In Africa on the eve of the election killed dozens of politicians In South Africa during the "Mandela Day" when all the people should help each other in skirmish. The murder happened in broad daylight.

The victim's car was full of blankets and other things that were prepared for charitable purposes, but as soon as the car turned a corner, a white car pulled up and started shooting.
"The car was behind me and I heard the first shot,., my mother was shot. Then I heard a second shot," says her 18-year-old son. Two militants fired at the car 8 times through the driver's side door and window, according to witnesses.

"I can't explain the feeling I felt" says the guy. "I was in shock from disbelief that my mother was shot." Chancel, was a popular figure in Ladysmith - a teacher at a local elementary school, and a life member of the African national Congress (ANC).

She was an adviser in the upcoming elections in South Africa, and her face smiles with election posters that still hang on the street where she was killed. Indoor stadium Ladysmith is filled with hundreds of mourners dressed in the traditional colors of the ANC: green, black and gold.

Relative Chaisil said a few words into the microphone, "Yes, some of you in mourning, but some of you are celebrating. So how did you do it."

Chancel was just another victim in a series of unsolved murders of ANC politicians in KwaZulu-Natal. Ahead of elections, more than a dozen politicians have been killed in this province: shot while watching TV
