With the number of ways of checking and rechecking doping tests, WADA uses a dubious informant, who was earlier seen in the anti-doping rule violation. These readings take up 8 pages. They formed the basis of the report of the Commission, but then from this report, these 8 pages was removed. But, as stated by the head of WADA, in addition to these the testimony of the former head of the Moscow anti-doping Agency Gregory Rodchenkov, no other evidence. The report had a wide resonance.

The head of the International Federation for swimming, said that the Commission clearly exceeded its authority. The President of the International ice hockey Federation and IOC Executive Board member acknowledged that in the report there are errors. The head of the IOC in Rio even had to defend itself against foreign journalists who descended on him with questions, annoyed by the fact that the Russian athletes got to the Olympics. Thomas Bach repeatedly explained why the decision was made a partial admission of our athletes.

Adopted the international Convention against doping, which Russia signed. This Convention allows the state to strengthen this struggle, that is, to act outside of sports structures. Russia has been steadily takes the Convention. Recent monitoring of the Council of Europe showed that no problems, no complaints. If the Commission considers that it is not, Vitaly Mutko is ready to offer the monitoring Committee of UNESCO to come to Moscow to conduct its own investigation.
