The great wall of China is falling apart brick by brick. A new campaign has been launched to save an ancient fortification, which stretches for approximately 13,000 miles (21,000 km) across Northern China, from criminal damage.

Built in the 3rd century BC Ming dynasty (1368-1644), the wall was built to protect the Empire, but parts of it now fall apart. The bricks were stolen to build the house, for agriculture or for sale as Souvenirs for tourists exacerbate natural erosion brought by the wind, rain and sandstorms.
