The criminal who killed five police officers in Dallas, was planning a major attack, said police chief David brown said Sunday.

"We believe the suspect had other plans, and thought he did what is doing what is right. He believed that forced law enforcement agencies to pay for what they behave brutally towards people with different skin color," said brown in an interview with CNN.
