Russia criticized the USA because of the deployment of troops in Europe, saying that the deployment of thousands of American soldiers as part of the regular rotations of troops in Eastern Europe is a "threat" to Russia's security.

Equipment will be moved to Poland where it will be dispersed in seven locations in Eastern Europe for training and exercises with European allies. On the question of changing attitudes to relations with Moscow, Peskov confirmed that there should be more mutual respect between Russia and the United States. The comments came after President-elect Donald trump held a press conference Wednesday, where he acknowledged the possibility of participation of the Russian hacking during elections in the United States.

"President Putin with his actions and his statements clearly and certainly showed their willingness to respect our partners, but that respect can only be mutual, it cannot be one-sided. That's why, of course, there should be more mutual respect in Russian-American relations, from our point of view, much more."

He said that the Kremlin hopes that the two leaders "get along". At least trump talked about its willingness to dialogue.
