Gossip website TMZ.com has now claimed Brittany was buying between 200 and 400 pills every month between January 2008 and August, 2009, when the pharmacist decided to stop supplying her. These drugs were purchased under Brittany`s alias Lola Manilow Murphy, at Eddie`s Pharmacy in Los Angeles and included Vicodin and anti-anxiety medications.

The pharmacy owner Eddie Bubar said he decided to cut Brittany, her husband Simon Monjack and Brittany`s mother Sharon off because he feared they were using multiple pharmacies to fill scripts.

"We thought there was going to be an accident," he said.
