Flynn require immunity to testify Former national security Advisor, Michael Flynn is ready to testify before Federal investigators and Congress in their ongoing investigation of Russian meddling in elections in the United States, but only if he gets immunity, said his lawyer on Thursday.

"General Flynn, of course, have a story to tell, and he really wants to talk about it, if circumstances permit ... No reasonable person who uses the lawyer's advice, to not submit to questioning. Because this is a witch hunt without safeguards against unjust prosecutions, " said Robert Kellner, attorney Flynn, in his statement on Thursday evening.

The Wall Street Journal first reported Thursday that Flynn was negotiating, trying to get immunity, but so far nobody has agreed with its terms. However, the assistants of the intelligence Committee of the Chamber reported that they have not received any requests from Flynn. The press-Secretary of the intelligence Committee of the Senate declined comment on Thursday evening.
