In Stockholm arrested a suspect in the attack The man arrested in the attack in Stockholm in which four people were killed, showed sympathy for extremist groups, including ISIS, according to Swedish police on Sunday.

Police also identified the nationalities of the four victims, two were Swedes, one British and one Belgian, and the Prosecutor's office reported that there was a second arrest. The first suspect, 39-year-old man from Uzbekistan, were known to security services before he was arrested on Friday. "We know he showed sympathy to extreme groups, including ISIS. We're not going to comment on it," - said the representative of the national police Jonas Chasing.

The suspect applied for residence in Sweden in 2014, but his application was rejected in December last year, said another police spokesman Ian Evenson. He was given 4 weeks to leave the country, and in February his case was referred to the police for his deportation.

The attack happened in Stockholm on Friday when a truck crashed into a Department store in the centre of the Swedish capital, injuring many people. In addition to the 4 killed, 15 people were injured, four of them in critical condition, said the Stockholm Council.

The incident happened after several similar attacks in Europe: a terrorist rammed his car into the crowd in London near Parliament in March, killing five people. In December, a large truck rushed to the Christmas market in Berlin, killing 12. And during the French Bastille Day in July of last year at least 85 people were killed when another big truck mowed down a crowd marking the day.

Thousands of people gathered Sunday at a square in Stockholm to commemorate the victims. Organizers urged people to put aside their political views and disagreements and come together in a sign of unity.
