The pair have been friends since they were both Playboy bunnies and Carmen is determined to help Pamela win the US TV programme. Carmen, 37, caused a stir when she performed a steamy routine with dance troupe Cherry Boom Boom during one of the results shows last year. Wearing just an electric blue bra top and panties, Carmen writhed around on a chair and even approached Dancing with the Stars judge Len Goodman and pulled his tie to bring her face close to his. Pamela was so impressed with Carmen`s moves she has asked for advice on getting the judges` attention when she takes to the dance floor.

"Pam was in amazing shape even before she started work on the show," says an insider from the programme. "Apparently Carmen has been really putting her through her paces with a few of her old routines. They help fitness wise but when it comes to choreography, they are more strip club than ball room."

Pamela is one of the favourites to win Dancing with the Stars and has been paired with professional dancer Damian Whitewood. She is thrilled to be taking part in the TV talent show, which will see her learn various ballroom and Latin dances.

The 42-year-old star recently revealed her fans have been sending her nipple pasties as they are concerned her famously large chest could be exposed when she performs her routines in revealing outfits.
