The actress plays a prostitute hired to tempt a cheating husband in new thriller Chloe. Although she was initially unsure whether to take the role she is now delighted she decided to as she thinks it will help boost her sex life.

Amanda, who is dating Dominic Cooper, finds it hard to relax totally when she is in private, but has vowed to work on her intimacy issues. "It`s fun to finally feel sexy," she explained. "I`m disconnected with the sexual side of me. I know it`s in me, but it doesn`t really reveal itself very often in my personal life, which I do find problematic. I am working through that. This has definitely helped me find that side of me."

In Chloe, Amanda spends a great deal of time naked and also locks lips with Julianne Moore, 49. The 24-year-old has admitted she was concerned the risqué content of the movie would harm her career, but is now certain it will actually improve her profile.

"The risk factor came with the fact that the nudity could potentially create some damage with my American audience," she said. "I had to do it. It was clearly the riskier choice but I think the better choice."
