It had been reported that the Oscar-winning actress was interviewing Los Angeles` top legal firms after it was alleged her husband Jesse James had been having an affair with tattoo model Michelle McGee. Sandra was even said to have conducted talks with celebrity divorce lawyer Lance Spiegel, who handled splits for Charlie Sheen, Heather Locklear and Michael Jackson, but Sandra?s spokesman has branded the reports "completely false".

James` apparent infidelity emerged last week, when McGee claimed she had been having an 11-month affair with him while Sandra was away filming. James publicly apologised to Sandra, but she still moved out of their marital home.

Friends now say the star will eventually divorce James, because the betrayal is too great for her to consider reconciliation.

"Knowing the kind of person she is, I`d be shocked if she contemplated going back to him," a source to US Weekly magazine.
