A Jordanian soldier is accused of killing 3 American soldiers The government of Jordan officially accused one of his soldiers to murder, in connection with his alleged involvement in the attack last year on a military convoy which killed 3 us troops, said the official representative of the government of Jordan.

"It's been officially charged with murder," said the official. The official, who did not want to speak on the record because of sensitivity about the issue, did not identify the soldier. During the incident of 4 November at the King Faisal air base in Jordan, was shot 3 soldiers of the special forces of the US army.

Sergeant Kevin Makenna was killed on the spot. Second Sergeant Matthew Lewellen was fatally injured when the guard opened fire on the vehicle of the military. Third Sergeant James Moriarty was fatally wounded after a shootout with representatives of the Jordanian guard.

In March, the us military found that the three men acted in accordance with instructions during the incident, despite the fact that, initially, Jordanian media said the opposite. The result of the investigation conducted by the Special operations command of the United States during the shooting of American troops "showed gallant conduct and extraordinary heroism" during the incident, according to a published copy of the report.

Jordanian state media initially reported that American soldiers had violated the instructions at the entrance to the base, although U.S. officials disputed this point.
