The government of Jordan officially accused one of his soldiers to murder, in connection with his alleged involvement in the attack last year on a military convoy which killed 3 us troops, said the official representative of the government of Jordan.

"It's been officially charged with murder," said the official. The official, who did not want to speak on the record because of sensitivity about the issue, did not identify the soldier. Sergeant Kevin Makenna was killed on the spot. Second Sergeant Matthew Lewellen was fatally injured when the guard opened fire on the vehicle of the military. Third Sergeant James Moriarty was fatally wounded after a shootout with representatives of the Jordanian guard.
