USA preparing for war with North Korea The President of South Korea, moon Jae-In hoped-for diplomacy, when the tension around it grows.

A few days after North Korea announced that it successfully tested its first operational Intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM), the South Korean President said he was willing to meet with North Korean leader Kim Jong-UN "anytime and anywhere".
