Victims of floods in Arizona were 9 people (video) 9 people were killed and one missing after flash floods that occurred in Arizona, police said. Saturday, July 15, on the river Verde in Arizona was a large group of swimmers. About 14 people was attacked by a sudden surge of flood.

The victims have not been identified. Police announced Sunday that killed 6 children ages 2 to 13 years. Also the number of the deceased old woman and 27-year-old man. Four family members were rescued on Saturday afternoon, said police Sergeant David Hornung. They were taken to hospital with hypothermia, according to CNN-affiliate KNXV.

On the Internet there was a picture, which shows the consequences of flooding. It was also posted a video which is a rescue operation by helicopter. KNXV reported that dozens of people were swimming in the river when there was a flood, and quoted the fire chief of the County District Sattelmayer, stating that there is no way to know how many people are actually bathed, when the calamity occurred.

Governor of Arizona Doug Paris said on Twitter that the government will help the families who lost their loved ones. "Deepest condolences for those who died in the tragedy of Gila County, for the families and the entire community," wrote Il Duce.
