The 45-year-old actress flew to Texas when news of her husband`s affair with tattoo model Michelle `Bombshell` McGee broke earlier this month. Last week, she quietly returned to Los Angeles, moving into the Hollywood Hills home she lived in before her marriage. She has not left the mansion since, but several people have been seen visiting and her friends say she is preparing to file for divorce.

"It`s over," an insider told gossip website PopEater.com. "After everything that has happened, it is impossible for them to get back together, even though I?m sure she still loves the man she thought he was.

"Sandra has returned home to face the problem head-on. She isn`t the sort of woman to bury her head in the sand and hope everything will go away."

Meanwhile, the fourth woman to claim to have had an affair with Jesse has decided not to reveal her identity. Last week, attorney Gloria Allred announced she was representing a "beautiful model and businesswoman" who claimed to have had a three-year relationship with Jesse. The mystery woman has since decided to remain anonymous.

"I can confirm that she has decided not to tell her story," Allred said. "I have no other comment."

Jesse has been accused of cheating on Sandra with up to four women. The first affair was revealed just days after Sandra won the best actress Oscar for her role in The Blind Side.
