The foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin has suggested three ways of deprivation of Russia's veto in the UN.

The first way is unrealistic in the opinion of Klimkin, is to reform the UN and or elimination of the veto altogether, or depriving them of Russia in particular.

The second way is to through the international courts to take away the veto from Russia.

The third method, which he proposed as a joke, it is the outbreak of a third world war.
