The government will create a reference Bank for operations for defense procurement and major government contracts, according to the report of the Ministry of Finance.

The organization will conduct the calculations and credit defense companies.

"The new Bank in terms of size, the presence of an extensive network of offices and several other characteristics will be optimally suitable for the role of the defensive Bank to work with defense procurement and major government contracts. In the near future will need a completed corporate procedures for the transfer of the Bank in property of the Russian Federation"
