The U.S. expanded penalties against Russia because of the situation in Ukraine. The black list has made 21 citizen of Russia and Ukraine (mostly from the unrecognized republics LNR and DND), as well as nine organizations, follows from the document published by the U.S. Treasury.

Among them the Deputy Minister of energy of Russia Andrey Cherezov and Director of the Department of energy Eugene Grabchak, as well as subsidiaries of Surgutneftegaz, Power machines, and Technopromexport.

in addition, another 12 companies penalties have been clarified.
