The Federal Antimonopoly Service initiated proceedings against MTS and " Megaphone ", is notified on the Internet representation offices.

Service checked the reports of operators about cancellation of intra-network roaming and came to the conclusion that MTS and "the Megaphone" has not fulfilled the requirements of the FAS.

It is noted that the operators "big three" unreasonably overpriced long-distance calls to travel to Russia. Also unjustified in the FAS said that the introduction of daily charges for a customer who left "home" region.
