This initiative was made by the Chairman of the party of the People against corruption Anisimov, writes 5 February "IA REGNUM". In his letter to the Chairmen of the State Duma and the Federation Council (available at the office) he drew attention to the order of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin "significantly strengthen the supervision of the investigation at all levels" and reports about the constant complaints of Russian entrepreneurs and ordinary citizens to the mercy of law enforcement officers and especially the investigators.

"However, contrary to logic and instructions of the leadership of our country, the business community of Russia today is increasingly faced with administrative barriers, as well as the facts of hostile takeovers and liquidation of commercial enterprises. The main instrument of this parasitic activity is selfish criminal prosecution, which allows you to paralyze almost any organization, arrest its leadership," the letter reads.
