The official representative of the foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova called unsubstantiated Allegations of the US capital to the capital of Russia "on cooperation with the radical Taliban movement" in Afghanistan.

She said that not once commented on such Allegations, and expressed regret that " the American partners do not hear or do not want to hear neither our arguments nor our explanations ".
