At least 11 killed, 43 injured in south China buses head-on collision At least 11 people were killed and 43 injured after two passenger buses collided on a state highway in south China, Xinhua news agency reported citing local police.

The head-on collision of the buses took place at 2 a.m. on Monday in China`s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region near Hechi Town.

According to the agency, all injured passengers with two of them in critical condition, were taken to nearby hospitals. In all, both buses carried 83 passengers at the moment of the accident.

The accident is the second involving passenger buses in China in the last two days. At least 32 people were killed and over 20 injured after a passenger bus collided with a truck on Saturday in northeast China`s Liaoning Province.
