Farrah Fawcett replica dolls are to be sold for charity The `Charlie`s Angels` star - who died in 2009 at the age of 62 following a three-year battle with cancer - is set to have her likeness reproduced as a small figurine, with all proceeds going to The Farrah Fawcett Foundation, which is run by her long-time friend Alana Stewart.

A source told RadarOnline.com: "It could turn Farrah`s fame into a fortune for the foundation that carries her name.

"Farrah`s blonde, feathered hairstyle would have made a Barbie doll envious, so it seems only fitting that she becomes a doll, even if she is not here to celebrate it."

The doll will be dressed in a one-piece red bathing suit, similar to the one made famous in the iconic poster of the actress that has sold over six million copies.

It is not yet known when the dolls will go on sale, or how much they will retail for.

This is not the first time Farrah has been made into a toy.

In 1977 toy manufacturers Mego Corp released dolls of Farrah and co-star Jaclyn Smith as part of their celebrity dolls line to capitalise on the success of `Charlie`s Angels`.

Farrah is not the only celebrity to have their likeness reproduced in miniature form.

It was recently revealed that teen singer Justin Bieber will launch two ranges of dolls bearing his image- the Music Video Collection and the JB Style Collection.

During the peak of their fame in the 90s, the Spice Girls all had their own figurines, as did Take That and Britney Spears.

Last year, Sienna Miller was turned into an action figure in the guise of her `G.I Joe: Rise of the Cobra` character Baroness.
