TERI Hatcher reckons her boobs have grown since putting them on display in her new racy Desperate Housewives storyline.

The 45-year-old actress - who plays Susan Mayer in the Channel 4 show - says her breasts are "method acting".

Appearing on American talk show Jimmy Kimmel Live, she quipped: "Something about my breasts, it`s like method acting, they seem to have just spontaneously gotten bigger.

"The wardrobe people are like, `What is going on with you?`"

Host Jimmy joked: "They are rising to the occasion," to which Teri replied: "They are - that is how committed I am."

Her character has been moonlighting as a sexy cleaner in revealing lingerie for seedy website Va-Va-Broom.com to earn extra cash.

Talking about the racy storyline, she said: "I`ve been spending a lot of days in lingerie.

"It`s interesting, it`s been very vulnerable and funny for me as an actress."

But her cover is blown when she unexpectedly becomes the face of the site on huge billboards near Wisteria Lane.
