Russia and Brazil discuss the possibility of assembly department of micro autobuses "Gazel" and "KamAZ" organization in Brazil.

A first minister assistant of Brazil Foreign Affairs Samuel Pineiro Gimares didn?t comment such perspectives. He announced that Brazil in interested in cooperation with Russia in field of oil production. "We were pleased to know that Russia plans to invest Brazil including oil production and extraction", - he said.

The matter concerns only the first stage of negotiations between "Zarubezhneft" and Gasprom".

Brazil takes first place in commodity circulation with Latin American countries. As Federal custom service informs a volume of commodity circulation between two countries for 6 months of 2005 amounted to 1.25 milliards of dollars. In 2004 the same figure was 1.7 milliards against 1,5 milliards in 2002. At present time Brazil examines Russia as market of agricultural and food goods. Russia also buys Brazil mechanics: pump-and-compressor, heating equipment, agricultural technique.

The base of export to Brazil last year was products of chemical industry, mainly fertilizers and diesel oil.
